Where is my order?
Made-to-order pieces take four to six weeks; ready-to-ship pieces leave within two working days. Sign in to see the current stage of your order.
Can I change the ring size after ordering?
Yes, while the piece is still at the design stage. After it is set, resizing is handled as a free aftercare job under our lifetime care.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship insured to more than twenty countries. Duties are settled before despatch, so nothing is collected on delivery.
Can I see a stone before I commit?
We shortlist three stones within your budget and send the certificates and 360° videos before anything is cut or set.
