What we keep, and why

We collect what an order needs and little else. We do not sell personal data, and we never see your full card number — payments are handled by our payment provider, not by us.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Three kinds of information

You give us

Name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, ring size, and anything you write in a message or engraving request.

Your order creates

What you bought, when, the amount, and the status of delivery, returns and aftercare.

Your visit creates

Device and browser type, pages viewed, and the cookies described below.

WHY WE USE IT

Each use has a purpose

  • To complete your order — making, shipping, invoicing, returns and aftercare.
  • To answer you — replying to messages and keeping a record of what was agreed.
  • To meet the law — tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations.
  • To improve the store — aggregate traffic and performance figures.
  • To email you — only if you asked for it, and every email can unsubscribe you in one click.
WHO ELSE SEES IT

The short list

Payment processing, shipping, email delivery and the platform this store runs on each require some of your data to do their job. They may use it only for that job. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, for any purpose.

We keep order records for as long as tax and warranty obligations require, and marketing consent until you withdraw it.

COOKIES

What the site stores in your browser

Necessary

Your bag, your session and security. The store cannot work without these.

Preferences

Remembering things like your chosen metal or recently viewed pieces.

Analytics

Aggregate counts of what gets viewed, so we know which pages fail people.

YOUR RIGHTS

Ask, and we answer

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to us and we reply within thirty days.

NOTE

Add your legal entity, registered address, data-protection contact and the regions you sell into, and have this reviewed against GDPR or the equivalent law before the store opens to customers.
