Shipping is complimentary on every order, in both directions, and every parcel is insured for its full value until someone signs for it.
When your piece leaves us
Making time and transit time are separate. The first depends on the piece, the second on where you are.
Ready to ship
Leaves the workshop within two working days of your order.
Made to order
Four to six weeks, including setting, polishing and final inspection.
Engraving or resizing
Adds two to three working days before despatch.
In transit
Two to four working days domestically, five to ten internationally.
The unglamorous details
Signature on delivery. Every parcel needs a signature. Nothing is left on a doorstep, in a porch or with a neighbour, whatever the courier's app offers.
Discreet packaging. The outer box carries no jewellery branding. Inside, the piece travels in its own box with its certificate and care card.
Tracking. You receive a tracking link the moment the parcel is collected, and a name to contact if it stops moving.
Duties and taxes. For international orders, duties are calculated and settled before despatch, so nothing is collected from you on delivery.
Wrong address. If an address needs correcting, tell us before despatch and we will change it. Once a parcel is in transit, the courier's rules apply and delivery can be delayed by a day or two.
Thirty days, no reason required
Unworn pieces can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund, using a prepaid insured label we send you. Engraved and bespoke commissions are the exception, because they cannot be offered to anyone else.
Add your carrier names, cut-off times and the countries you ship to before the store opens to customers, and check these timings against what your workshop can actually hold to.
