The agreement, in plain words
These terms cover buying from this store. They are written to be read, not to be survived — where the law gives you more than they do, the law wins.
When a sale actually happens
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is made when we confirm it by email. If we cannot honour an order — a stone sells elsewhere first, or a price is plainly wrong — we tell you and refund in full rather than substituting something you did not choose.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give us must be your own and accurate.
What you pay
Currency and tax
Prices show in the currency of the store. Taxes and duties are shown before you pay.
Payment
Taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Price changes
Prices can change, but never after your order is confirmed.
Obvious errors
A clear pricing mistake may be cancelled and refunded rather than honoured.
What we promise about the work
Every diamond is independently graded, and the certificate travels with the piece. Because pieces are finished by hand, small variations in weight and finish are normal and are not faults.
Photographs are taken under studio light and enlarged; stones and metals can look different in daylight and on a hand.
Manufacturing faults are repaired or replaced free of charge for as long as you own the piece. Ordinary wear, accidental damage, loss, and work done by another jeweller are not covered.

Cancelling and returning
Unworn pieces can be returned within thirty days, except engraved and bespoke work. The refund policy sets out the detail and applies as part of these terms.
Our content
The text, photographs and designs on this site are ours. You may share links freely; copying the content for another shop is not permitted.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has it.
Liability
We are responsible for loss we cause. We are not responsible for things outside our control, and nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it. Later changes do not reach backwards.
Add your legal entity name, registered address, company number and the governing law, and have a lawyer read this before the store opens to customers.
